Q1. How does it work, the process?

We work within the law which sometimes limits the things we can do. Generally, you give us the information you have on the subject we’re investigating, and we go about applying our many investigative techniques, most of which include research and observation. For example, we can make contact with an adult subject whose parents have hired us to find them, but we cannot force anyone to make contact with our clients, either personally or electronically.

Q3. Confidentiality?

You have our complete confidentiality in all matters. We will not discuss your case with anyone unless compelled to do so by law. Circumstances under which we may be compelled to testify in court and what we would be required to disclose can be discussed at our free consultation. We follow the Privacy Policy for clients as set by the Council of Professional Investigators – Ontario.

Q4. How long does it take for an investigation to be completed?
